CHURCHES CONSERVATION TRUST CONFERENCE 2017 'HEALTH & HERITAGE' IN IPSWICH, UK
Churches Conservation Trust (CCT) Conference 2017 "Health & Heritage" will take place at Quay Place, Ipswich, UK, from 22 to 24 March 2017.
The "Health and Heritage" international conference explores the powerful relationship between the built environment, mental health and healthy and productive communities. Organised in partnership with Suffolk Mind and Future for Religious Heritage, the conference will bring together leading professionals in the mental health, heritage and museum sectors.
Speakers include Europe's leading experts such as Sir Simon Jenkins and Paul Farmer CBE.
A Grand Prix winner of the 2016 EU Prize for Cultural Heritage / Europa Nostra Award in the category Dedicated Service will also be represented. Aida Kalender, programme manager at AKCIJA in Bosnia and Herzegovina, will talk about the efforts of the employees and activists of the National Museum of Bosnia and Herzegovina to keep this museum active.
