Tribute to Anita Pollack, retiring Council Member

Anita Pollack representing English Heritage as a co-opted member of the Council since 2000, attended the Council meeting for the last time. The Executive President thanked her for her year long, dedicated and invaluable contributions to the work of Europa Nostra. Anita Pollack, a former Member of the European Parliament, had been particularly valuable in signalling heritage related policy developments at EU level, and to suggest lobby and campaign strategies for Europa Nostra. Her proactive approach to European Affairs, and her deep knowledge of the dossiers shall be truly missed. Her role as a representative of English Heritage in Europa Nostra’s Council has been taken over by Alexandra Coxen, Senior Policy Advisor at English Heritage.
