Top Prize "For the consummate professionalism and constructive action of its highly committed volunteers and for the exceptional quality in the restoration of rural built heritage promoted throughout France over forty years."

The ceremony for the Maisons Paysannes de France was held in Paris in the context of the Salon du Patrimoine. The award was presented to Mr Michel Fontaine, President of the MPF, by Dr Andrea Schuler, Executive President of Europa Nostra. Several Europa Nostra Council Members also attended the events.
