PAYMENT INFORMATION
CREDIT CARDS
- Remember that all purchases through Visa and MasterCard require you to enter a 3D Secure code
- If you do not yet have this 3D Secure code, you will not be able to pay by credit card
- It is strongly recommended to activate the 3D Secure code before registration

DEADLINES
- Deadline for hotel reservations: 15 April
- Deadline for one-day island cruise: 1 February (for early bird discount only)
- Deadline for Congress registration: 15 April
- Deadline for payments to Europa Nostra: 1 month after registration and not later than 15 April
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS OF REGISTRATION FEES
- Cancellations received before 10 May: 100% refund
- Cancellations received between 10 May and 31 May: 50% refund
- Cancellations received after 31 May: no refund
HOTEL CANCELLATIONS
The recommended hotels in Athens have been provided by our logistics operator DMC. You can benefit from the special tariffs by indicating the booking code: Europa Nostra. Bookings of hotel rooms are done directly by congress participants at the selected hotel. We advise all congress delegates to check the cancellation policy before booking. Europa Nostra cannot be held responsible for any dissatisfaction or complaint relating to the booking conditions and services of the hotel.
POST-CONGRESS TOUR
A deposit payment of 250 EUR per person is paid during registration. The payment of the balance will be requested not later than 4 weeks before the start of the tour. The post-congress tour is not yet confirmed. Do not book your return flight on 20 June before the final confirmation.
