Europa Nostra Sweden Annual Meeting 2024

Europa Nostra Sweden will hold its annual meeting on 21 March 2024, from 18:00 to 20:00 (CET), online.

Before the annual meeting, the event will start with two lectures on Ukraine’s threatened cultural heritage in English, followed by a small discussion.

The first lecture “Saint Sophia in Kyiv and a thousand years of graffiti” will be given by Jonathan Westin, Deputy Director of the Gothenburg Research Infrastructure in Digital Humanities at the University of Gothenburg.

The second speaker will be Natalia Moussienko, Leading Research Fellow at the Modern Art Research Institute of the National Academy of Arts of Ukraine (Kyiv) and Vice President of Europa Nostra. The theme of her lecture is “Art and War in Ukraine.”
