Interpret Europe conference 2018 ‘Heritage and Identity’

Who am I and where do I belong? Every human being will ask these questions at some point in their lives. Answers often depend on what people consider their heritage to be and how they interpret it.

‘Heritage and Identity’ will be the theme of our Interpret Europe Conference, which will take place from 23 to 26 March in Kőszeg, Hungary. More than 100 events are waiting for you!

Besides keynote speeches, plenary meetings and 13 tours and study visits, 85 parallel workshops and presentations to be delivered by presenters from 30 countries have been selected by our review team.

The conference will be organised by the Hungarian Association of Cultural Heritage Managers (KÖME) and supported by the Institute of Advanced Studies Kőszeg (iASK). Tibor Navracsics, EU Commissioner for Education, Culture, Youth and Sport, will open the conference. It is an official contribution to the European Year of Cultural Heritage.
