European Research and Innovation Days 2024
Organised by the European Commission, the European Research and Innovation (R&I) Days 2024 will be held in Brussels and online, from 20 March at 14:00 (CET) to 21 March 2024, bringing the Research and Innovation Week to an end.
This event will gather policymakers, researchers, stakeholders, but also the public, offering debates and workshops on research and innovation challenges, as well as networking opportunities. The guideline for this 5th edition is “a 40-year journey through the Research and Innovation Framework Programmes.” Participants will be able to learn about EU-funded research and innovation projects.
The event will start on March 20, at 14:00 (CET), with the European Innovation Procurement Prize Ceremony. It will come to an end on March 21, around 17:30 (CET). Workshops will be divided between three main themes: a Competitive Europe on the first day, and a Greener Europe followed by a Fairer Europe on the second.
The physical event will take place in Tour and Taxis, in Brussels, a large complex of buildings which received a European Heritage Awards / Europa Nostra Awards in 2008, in the category Conservation.
Registration for on-site attendance is no longer available, but it is still possible to follow the event online.
