Food is Culture exhibition. Endangered Food from around the world, Belgrade October 12, 2019 | October 25, 2019

For 2 weeks, the Belgrade market will host What you didn’t know existed, a touring exhibition on endangered food and flavours, from around the world. An exciting opportunity to explore food as Europe’s cultural heritage at a uniquely designed interactive exhibition. The project and exhibition will give a new perspective on Europe’s gastronomic heritage, endangered foods and the need to protect it by telling stories not heard before from unvisited places.

The opening takes place on 11 October at 19:00 (Belgrade market, Zorza Klemensoa 19) and will be followed by a cocktail specially prepared by the Belgrade market chefs.

Food is Culture is a project funded by the Creative Europe programme of the European Union, with the contribution of the Fondazione CRC di Cuneo, led by Slow Food with its partners Kinookus, Europa Nostra, Nova Iskra Creative Hub, Transpond AB.
