Food is Culture exhibition. Endangered Food from around the world, Stockholm

For 10 days, Spritmuseum will host What you didn’t know existed, a touring exhibition on endangered food and flavours, from around the world. This exciting opportunity will enable visitors to explore the rich diversity of Europe’s food heritage through the Slow Food Ark of Taste project. An engaging catalogue of endangered, high-quality foods that belong to the cultures, history and traditions of the entire planet.

Food is Culture is a project funded by the Creative Europe programme of the European Union, with the contribution of the Fondazione CRC di Cuneo, led by Slow Food with its partners Kinookus, Europa Nostra, Nova Iskra Creative Hub, Transpond AB.
