Lecture on the protection of cultural property, University of Krems

Europa Nostra Austria is organising a lecture dedicated to “Extraordinary monuments and Special Cases in the protection of cultural property”, a topic of increased national and international importance over the last years.

High Alpine roads, medieval drift canals or steamships are certainly not the first objects that come to mind when talking about monuments or cultural property protection. Representatives of the Austrian Federal Monuments Office, the Swiss Federal Office for Civil Protection and Europa Nostra Austria will discuss this topic during a lecture at Danube University Krems in Austria on 11 March.

Participants:
Dr. Andreas Lehne, Europa Nostra Austria
Dr. Gerd Pichler , Austrian Federal Monuments Office
Hans Schüpbach, Swiss Federal Office for Civil Protection

Moderation:
Dr. Anna Kaiser, Danube University Krems
