Master Degree Programme “Strategies for European Cultural Heritage”
This is to draw your kind attention to the Master Degree Programme “Schutz Europäischer Kulturgüter” (Strategies for European Cultural Heritage) offered at the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder), Germany. This Programme provides the possibility to gain an interdisciplinary knowledge in numerous areas pertinent to Cultural Heritage preservation (e.g. history of arts, archaeology, conservation, legal aspect of heritage preservation, project management and marketing and many more) and obtain a M.A. degree. The Programme consists of seven 2-weeks-long block sessions and is offered at the Polish-German border, in the twin towns of Frankfurt (Oder) and Słubice. Our lecturers are outstanding hands-on experts working in the cultural heritage institutions both in Germany and in various European countries.
Our Master Degree Programme is offered in German language. It is however our strong wish to attract more international audience. Therefore, as of 2016, for those applicants whose German language skills need some refreshment we are pleased to offer an intensive German language course free of charge. This course, subject to interest and need, will be 60 hours (2 weeks) long and it will be organized prior to the commencement of the academic year 2016/2017.
