NETCHER Forum “Fighting cultural heritage looting and trafficking. Routes for cooperation”, Lyon
The NETCHER Forum “Fighting cultural heritage looting and trafficking. Routes for cooperation” will present the achievements of the first year of this Horizon 2020 project, discuss them with the involved stakeholders, and identify new roads for implementation. Moreover, a first set of recommendations will be delivered to the practitioners and policy-makers. The Forum will give space for interactions with the audience, composed of researchers, museum curators, law enforcement agencies officers, students and art market specialists.
The Forum is organised by the CNRS (Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique) and the NETCHER consortium.
The NETCHER – NETwork and digital platform for Cultural Heritage Enhancing and Rebuilding (January 2019-December 2020) is a transnational project aiming at reinforcing the fight against cultural heritage looting and trafficking, by bringing together relevant international actors and building a sustainable social online platform.
