2022 has been an incredibly turbulent year for us and all the artists all over Ukraine. We were able to survive thanks to the help of all international friends and partner institutions. From the first days of the war, we have faced new tasks and new challenges for preservation of our culture,” stated Oksana Lyniv, who is the founder and art director of the Youth Symphony Orchestra of Ukraine and the LivMozArt International Classical Music Festival.

In this moving video, Oksana Lyniv tells the story of overcoming these turbulent times and asks for financial support for the rehabilitation of Kharkiv University of Arts, named after Ivan Petrovych Kotliarevsky, Ukrainian writer and social activist.

Kharkiv I. P. Kotlyarevsky National University of Arts is the leading music and drama institution of higher education in Ukraine offering musicians, composers, musicologists, actors, stage directors and theatre critics an inspiring environment in which to develop as artists and professionals. It is the only higher educational establishment in Ukraine to train students for successful careers both in the field of music and in the field of performing art.
